One Man Stops, Dozens of Others Walk Past Shivering Dog

This is an article on a guy who rescued a little poodle  that everyone just walked by and ignored.
The Poodle is doing fine now and is even in a happy home, buit what I do not like to read is
when people just ignore an animal when it standing there freezing to death.
