This Poor Vizsla was in involved in a DUI where his owner was jogging with him and was struck by a druck driver! The Vizsla became so scared that he ran into the ocean. Thats how he wound up there.I feel so sorry for this little guy. Vizslas' are very sensitive and scare easily.
